Ball valve additional code: V indicates the spool with V structure, D indicates low temperature, B indicates heat preservation, P indicates eccentric structure, U and S and DY mostly indicates top mounted;

Ball valve name code: Q indicates ball valve;

Ball valve drive code: 2 indicates electro-hydraulic, 3 indicates turbine, 6 indicates pneumatic, 7 indicates hydraulic, 9 indicates electric, manual no code;

Connection designator: 1 for internal thread, 4 for flanged, 6 for welded, 7 for clamped;

Structure type code:

Floating type: 1 indicates straight through runner, 2 indicates Y-type tee, 4 indicates L-type tee, 5 indicates T-type tee;

Fixed: 0 indicates hemispherical straight-through, 6 indicates four-way flow path, 7 indicates straight-through flow to, 8 indicates L-type tee, 9 indicates Y-type tee;

Seal material code: B pasteurised alloy, F fluoroelastomer, F46 fluorine lining, H rusted steel, J rubber lining, M monel alloy, N nylon plastic, monel P, Y carbide, W valve body direct processing;

Pressure rating code: 16 means the pressure is 16kg (1.6Mpa) up to 64Mpa; 150LB means the American Standard pound pressure, the maximum pressure rating up to 2500LB (150LB=1.6MPA/300LB=2.5-4.0mpa/400LB=6.4mpa/600LB=10mpa); 5K means the daily pressure, the Maximum pressure 63K.

Valve body material code: A titanium and titanium alloy, C carbon steel, I chromium molybdenum steel, P18-8 series stainless steel, RMo2Ti series stainless steel, S plastic.
