Meixing valve products for energy companies
Energy companies have a wide range of fluid control and applications that require the proper distribution and control of flowing media. These controls, whether it is an exchange of energy, a reduction in pressure or simply the filling of a vessel, require certain final control elements to accomplish. A control valve acts as a variable resistance in a pipeline. It changes the turbulence of the process fluid or, in the case of manual control valves laminar flow, provides a pressure drop that is caused by changing the valve resistance or "friction". This pressure reduction process is often referred to as "throttling".
